This is Legit number from State of Michigan, probably call center, used not only for unemployment but also for other agencies to such as Secretary of State etc.
Just got a call from this number, m that in my case it was the Michigan Step Forward Program... Mortgage assistance.
This should NOT be classified as a SPAM call. The number is legitimate and used by the Michigan Unemployment group when they return calls.
However, it is a call only number and cannot accept incoming calls.
