Very rude and annoying. Continue to call back to back from different numbers!

We don't have a car loan, so it's unclear why they are calling us. But we don't answer calls we don't know who they're from, and as others have noted - they don't leave messages, which is pretty questionable for a legitimate company not to do.

They are not the finance company to get to finance your car through. I have caught pure hell dealing with this company and they pass the buck or make accuses for their bad business practices. I wish I had a lawyer so I could sue them for their crappie business as much as they call you would think they would do good business but the loans and the way they do business are not worth the harassing calls.

KEEPS CALLING. HAVE HAD TO BLOCK SEVERAL NUMBERS ALL COME BACK TO THEM. PAYMENT IS TAKEN DIRECT OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ON THE SAME DAY EACH MONTH. ONE MONTH THEY DRAFTED 2 MONTHS AND I HAD TO GET THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEY COULD NOT PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT SO THEY CREDITED THE NEXT MONTH AND DID NOT DRAFT AND NOW THEY KEEP CLAIMING THE PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE.I HAVE WENT OVER THIS FOR OVER A YEAR WITH THEM. EVEN FAXED MY BANK STATEMENTS TO THEM WHERE THEY HAD DRAFTED THE TWO MONTHS IN THE SAME MONTH AND DID NOT DRAFT THE NEXT MONTH DUE TO THEIR ERROR BUT EVERY MONTH HAS BEEN DRAFTED
