Same thing that other people are reporting. A robotic female voice claiming that the IRS is filling a lawsuit against you. Blatant scam attempt.

Why doesn't the Govt. investigate and shut down these phone lines since they are probably coming from another country and has been going on for years.
caller ID says CellPhone NY -- 3 calls today so far threatening lawsuit by IRS. Number is blocked through OOMA system so phone no longer rings but they still are able to leave voice mail.

Voicemail on my landline: Female voice warning that the IRS is opening a lawsuit against me. To get more info on this case file call 518-231-6253. This is a well known IRS scam. Do not call that number. Do as I did and block this number.
