Man said he was an agent with Express Scripts. Didn't give his name but said he had to authorize a payment scheduled for the near future, and to call 1-877-242-1864 by (date I actually scheduled my payment for) to arrange the payment. Express scripts never calls me. They email me if there are any payment-related issues.
