My phone rang in a short time and they hang up. I didn't call back. I checked online and saw there were many helpful comments.

This number called me today at 1:22 PM but did not leave a message or anything. I missed the call because I was busy but going off the comments I'm glad I didn't call them back. I'm assuming it's the "Las Vegas Roulette" others have referred to in the comments. Please don't call these people back, anyone who gets called by them. If you don't pick up then they can't get your number and spam you.

I got a call this morning from 518 287-2070. I have T-Mobile. I rant 1 1/2 times and then hung up. I almost called it back until I read the comments. These comments are very very helpful.

They called my cell phone telling me I had $1000 balance. I called the number back and got a repeated message for 45 minutes and nobody had ever picked up.

Don't answer or call back this number 518-287-2070 because its a random number generator system. If you call back or answer the software is designed to lock onto your number for telemarketers and scam operations basically confirms your number for them. If you don't know the number don't answer that is what voice mail is for. Most phones are equipped with voice mail, well the service provider is. Don't text it back.

Left no msg. When I called back, thinking it was a relative who lives in NY, I got a recording about winning big money in Las Vegas. Hung up and didn't listen to the rest of the recording.
