They call and hang up when you answer. No conversation.

Got a call this morning - answered.. long wait for response, then they asked for me by name, i answered - this is.. and they hung up. Caller ID shows "Underwriting".
Got call from this number this morning - answered, silence on other end then went to "Busy Signal" am blocking this number. Am so tired of these calls - everyday I am blocking at least 1 or more phone numbers. From IRS threatening to put me in jail if I don't immediately send them money, Microsoft wanting to fix your computer, to credit card scams to reduce your interest rate ( they want your credit card number) All of these scammers need to be stopped and heavily fined and/or jailed.
