I just recieved a call from David Williams. He said that there was going to be a warrent issued for my arrest if I could not come up with over $900. I was told that if I talked the phone call would be terminated. I was also told that the FBI were involved and they hasd my credit score and if I let this mastter go I would be looking at over 250,000 that would need to be repaid. When I asked him who the creditors were he said he could not answer that. I was also told I had 15 min to come up with money or I would get arrested. He then informed me that if anyone other then myself tried to call him back he would just hang up. I am glad this site is here I had no idea what was happening.

Same story.I received a message from this number.First a shawn williams,then a david williams.He claimed that i didnt pay something, he couldnt tell me what i didnt pay.He said i was going to be arrested within the hour.He told me he would send it to the court for further processing.I would be sued for 225,00.00 dollars.I said no comment.He also said if i try to talk he would hang up.The phone ncall was very bad cutting in and out sometimes silence.I think i applied for a fast cash loan and turned it down and some i didnt get so i think thats what did it.what a scam glad i found this page.

This David Williams called and left a voice mail saying that I need to call him back within hour. This was last nite 11/19/2012 Again he called again this morning 11/20/12 repeating the same thing that he left on voicemail. When I called back it went straight to a voice mail

they try to geyou to pay them large sum of money. thy threaten you with all kinds of legal crap.

On Nov. 1, 2012, this guy calls and tells me that he is from the District Court Attorney's Office and a debt collection agency has turned my case over to his offce. He claims that the FBI are aware of my case and the I have to pay the debt that day or I will be arrested for stealing money. He then said that I need to go buy a green-dot money card for $876 and he will call me back for the confirmation number so he can take care of this matter for me. He then went on to say that I only had 2 hours before he calls back and if I didn't have the money card he would call my local sherriff's office to have me arrested. Luckily for me, I have a family member who works for the government and he located the web page about it being a scam and I refused to answer when he called me back later. While I was at work that night, he called me 21 times between 4-6 pm.
