SCAM! Do NOT call back. Here's the message I received, and I see lots of others like this to people on multiple websites: "Done your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 518-615-7994."
Repeat: SCAM - do NOT call them back.
