It's the fake IRS. Don't call back and don't give any information about yourself! If you are worried it's the real IRS, call the real IRS and talk to them. The real IRS will send you mail not have a recording of them saying the police are coming. Most people would run if they are in real trouble and the police are coming so why would the real IRS do that?
