They really want you to believe they
are telling you that are coming to serve you papers. They are using illegal tactics and need to be reported to state authorities

Said that they was collecting for a law suit that someone had against me. I don't think so its a scam.
Ask for a man and said they were calling about a civil suit someone had against him. I told them the person did not live here and don't cal my resident aymore
Female call threatened me (using a name I haven't legally had in 11 years) with legal documents service to me at work and home. Found other websites with many other victims of this scam.
