Calling under false pretenses, ID shows up as a dr.benjamin goldberg, however it is a collection agency, using shady practices in hopes people would pick up a call thats listed as a DR.
I'd venture to state its a form of fraud.
Misrepresenting who is calling, to illicite more pick ups thinking ppl might have medical issues a DR. Is trying to get ahold of you for.
Its a predatory practice and rather disgusting and annoying
