Comes up as Union Gas. I'm not a house renter or homeowner. So I don't owe anyone money. I did not answer I just listened to the voice mail. It was automated. From previous wrong numbers I have gotten I think their looking for a Mandarin speaking person. Whom had this number before me.

My phone has SMART calling and identified this number as R Smith. Received a voicemail stating I owe money to Union Gas. I am not even a renter or homeowner. Do not answer.
