So I called the phone number back, and they are a company who is hired by other companies to call people. In my instance it was a car dealership we were interested in trading in our car.. was having an event and asked if we received the invite etc.
She did say that they don't have control over what number shows up on display, so I let her know about this site and the negative feedback.. so it seems legit to me.. they either call you about a Dodge event or hired by another company. I forgot to ask name of company, but she was super nice
