I got the text saying to call 1-519-900-0128 also. Looks like a scam

We received a text message stating his card was suspended and to call that same 519 #. We guessed scam, as we don't have MasterCards.

I had a card from hsbc and it had been changed to a different bank fairly recently. I responded to the text and it didn't seem kosher... There was a recorded message with one accent and then after I entered my 16 digit acct # it was repeated back in a different voice with an English accent. They wanted my exp date and I hung up and called my credit cards bank. It was a scam. Phishing was the term used. Beware. This is so bad. Easy to fall for!

I too received a text from this number, claiming to be HSBC about a MasterCard. I DO not, nor have I ever had this card. It must be a scam.

My husband just received a text also stating that his credit card was suspended. He called the 519# and was prompted to press #1 to reactivate his non-existent HSBC credit card.

I received the same text with the same call back number. I also do not have an HSBC Mastercard.

I also received the same text. from 519-900-0128. Although, I do have a mastercard, I will double check before calling this number.

Received a scam text purporting to be from HSBC Bank, telling me that for security purposes my HSBC Mastercard was suspended. It also said that I should call 1-519-900-0128 and follow the steps to reactivate my card. Clearly a scam, since I don't have an HSBC mastercard.
