It starts with a recording about saving energy as 'part of a study' and then you can press '1' to connect to schedule and '5' to be placed on their do not call list. 5 just gets you hung up and they call back in about an hour or two, 1 gets you to a person who hangs up immediately upon finding you want to be placed on their no call list.

I have received this message many times. It says I have been selected to receive a free energy audit and if I accept their service I could save up to 1/3 of my power bill. I know that I need to tell them to take me off their list, but when I stayed on the line after the recording I listened to 3 minutes of music and then hung up. A few minutes later the same number also called my wife's cell phone.
