Scam artists at work here. They make like they are going to offer you a lower interest rate on your credit cards, but they are really after your credit card information. You have to give them the right information to play along for a while. When asked if I responding to lower interest rates, I said yes. When asked for my credit card balance, I told them 15,000. When asked how many cards I told them 2. I told them one of the cards was maxed by the other was fine. Then they asked me if I could buy a refrigerator on my card if I needed to. They are asking you these questions about your credit cards and balance, to see if you are worth scamming. Then they try and get you to give them your numbers on the pretense of coordinating a lower interest rate for you. The number is from Tucson, AZ, but when asked where they were located, I was told "Account Services" is headquartered in Florida. BEWARE OF THESE BAD GUYS.

Cardholder services - implied that this was my "last chance" to take advantage of their offer, that they had left multiple messages to try and reach me before. In fact, I have repeatedly PLEADED with them to be removed from their list.
