Credit Card Services: Always "we've been trying to reach you" and "this is your final notice" to "take advantage of a special offer."

This call happens every 30 days for the past year. In previous calls I have pressed 1 and spoken to a representative to inform them that the number was on the DNC list. On those occasions I have either been told that my number would be removed or, much more often, has resulted in the representative abruptly hanging up. I have also returned the call using the caller ID and reached a full voice mail box for "mike"
