Give it back to them:. Callback the number that just called you and wait for the "mailbox full" message. Then press 5 to give them a callback no. Just punch in phony numbers or numbers for the police, FBI etc. Do the above numerous times.

Vague come on for lowering credit card debts. The message is designed to sound threatening. Though they always say "last notice" they call repeatedly.
