Again, I didn't listen to the whole call, but it appears to be selling some type of credit protection.

They want to decrease your credit card interest rates but never identify themselves or what card they are calling about.

I've received these robocalls from various caller IDs on my Do-Not-Call cell phone about twice a week, why haven't you stopped this spammer and shut him down yet? He just keeps changing caller IDs and calls again and again offering to reduce my credit card debt. I have pressed 1 some of the times and when an operator answered I notified them that I was on the Do-No-Call list and they would hang up before I could tell them to remove me from their calling list. Shut them down, myself and millions of other people are being pestered by this company and you have yet to shut them down!!!!

The message stated that they were calling regarding eligibility for a lower interest rate on a credit card and during each of the 8 (plus) calls it states that it is my last chance to take this offer. No call back number is given. It is also clear it is not regarding a credit card I have as it states you must have more that 3000 dollars on a credit card which i have no active credit cards with a balance. The only option is to press 1 so i pressed 1 and immediately asked to be taken off of their call list to which the man immediately said i don't do that goodbye and when I asked to speak to a supervisor continued on to demean and speak incredibly rude to me. I eventually hung up because i did not want to continue this line of completely unacceptable and clearly inappropriate conversation.

The message asked if I wanted to decrease the interest in my credit card account, that I must have at least $5,000 credit limit in my credit card account, that I should press (something ???) to speak to a representative, and that I should press 3 to be removed from this special list. I pressed 3 and teh call ended automatically.
