The ability to lower my credit card interest rate. The recording said they had made repeated attempts to contact me (which is true - they call frequently). They call themselves Card Services. For the first time, I stayed on the line to talk to a representative. When she answered, I said I would like the name and mailing address of the company. She hung up. I did use *69 to get the number, which I've listed below.

Tells me the bank is going to cancel the credit account, un-named if I do not call soon. No name is given just a "press 1" to speak to an agent.

They wanted me to reduce my interest rate and said this was my final notice. Of course, they never said the name of my credit card company, and my cc company does not make calls like this to me. When I did not press 1, as requested, it disconnected me. no opportunity to opt out or decline future calls.
