I returned the missed call and was prompted to connect with a sales person, or add my number to the do not call list. I opted for the latter. I have been registered on their do not call list for 3 days and haven't received any follow-up calls yet.
I missed a call from them. Called back. They are spam sales people searching for people with hearing problems.
