12.5.2020. Missed call no voicemail left on this 5th call or the previous 4 coming from Franz Gutierrez, House Buyers USA. Called the number back: No one is available to take your call at this time, please leave your message at the tone. Earlier in the year when I returned his call he answered with his name and business name. Today I found a business listing for "House Buyers USA, LLC" not "Home" with Franz Gutierrez's name listed.

5pm 11.14.2020 Saturday, 4th call from this VoIP # with no msg left, still listed as belonging to Franz Gutierrez presumably still Home Buyers USA. I called back yesterday and today: leave a message so they have changed their answering machine.

I called this cancelled VoIP number back within 5 min only to get: Hello no one is available to take your call at the moment please leave your message at the tone. Several complaints listed on the Internet say home buying scam.
