How is it that if my number is on the DNC registry, that these companies still make calls? ftc.gov. file a complaint. Used to be $500 per call fine. I read some time ago that a company was fined MILLIONS for violation of the DNC laws. One would think that if they were truly a not for profit they would do everything they could to avoid penalties such as this, but apparently IQs are low there.
