This is a call center, possibly India, trying to sell diabetic supplies under a company called Diabetic Health. Told them no and blocked the number, one of several they use (Arizona, Florida, Arkansas, Maryland, Indiana). Will not take no for an answer and will call 20+ times a day, to stupid to realize the calls go straight to voicemail.
