Sam claimed to be rep of Microsoft & my comp was sending viral mess for 48 hrs & had to fix it before disconnecting. He had reg #s of software. I told him I wanted to contact my IP they cover these things. Sam insisted he couldn't disconnect until comp fixed. He put up web site & told me to select the svc I wanted, repairs started at 49.99 & up. Soon as he had by debit card info was willing to let me go. I imm called my IP, who tried to verify web address PCCURE.CU. Took repair order. I imm called 520-720-0725 back, reached a Brian Wilkins, told him I wanted the svc cancelled imm, and refund money by the end of day. He trans me to Sam. I repeated my request. Sam insisted I had to have them fix my comp. Told him my IP was taking care of any probs. I wanted my refund, not to touch my comp or cont me except for refund. I rec an email for my order & directed to cust svc. I responded repeating cancel svc & refund money. There reply was a virus that my comp wouldn't open.
