National center for chronic pain management, scam they want to "send" a medicine or braces and charge it to your insurance company. They need your social security number to do so. Don't give it to them. They could use it for I'd theft. Even if it is legit ( and I cannot find this company online) no one but a dr should be prescribing medicine or braces
