I answered the call and it was an automated message saying they could help lower my credit score. Was not able to answer a call yesterday from a similar number (530-298-9249) that I suspect was the same thing.

I did not answer, so there was no caller name, but when I called this number back from another phone, it was an automated message saying they could help lower my credit debt to build my credit score.
