she called ...wanted current address for "chamber of commerce"...I said no and hung up

Woman did not identify herself nor who she was calling from, asked me how many employees were at my location, the name of my business and who the owner/manager is - when I gave her my name and number of employees (2 - public record anyway) then asked who she was callling from she stated "chamber of commerce". I stated that's funny, the city chamber of commerce knows all of this info as I just updated it, she then stated she was updating the info for the "American Chamber of Commerce" and when I started to state that I was uncomfortable sharing anything with her then she hung up. Tried calling back on my cell phone and land line, the line is immediately a busy signal and you cannot get through - this screams of being a phishing scam.
