said he was Advanced Solar Solutions in West Palm Beach, FL pushing solar. I asked for his phone number. He said it's on my caller-id. But it is a California area code.

called but left no message
Caller: "illegal scam" on caller id
Keeps calling, day time only, between 8am-6pm pst. When answer never says anything. When answer machine answers they hang up. Very annoying and to the harrasment point now!
