Credit card Service telling you they can lower your rates/monitoring get your credit activities.

robot caller saying there was a problem with my credit card. So I played along and got to a real person. I asked what credit card were they referring to. They said your Visa. I asked what the last four digits were. So he said the one with a balance of $4,000.00 is that right? I played along again as I don't use a personal Visa CC. and asked again what number. After four times asking the number he hung up on me.

Didn't answer, left no message.

Recorded message saying they can get you better credit card rates. It's a scam to get your card numbers.

Don't do it!!!!! They Want to lower your credit card rate on cards they have no info on lol. Just a scam to take your credit card info from you
