It was a solar company. When I pretended I was already working with someone, I asked them for the actual identity of the caller. It is TMI VACA an autodialler service that makes referrals to local energy companies. The officer is David Goodstein. I found his cell phone number on linked in and called him. He files papers for new companies almost every year, but the currant company is TMI 4U Comm registered in Port St. Lucie, FL L16000121185 if you want to sue.

Everybody knows "Do Not Call" does NOT Work. Try "No More Robot Calls" @ WWW.nomorobo.com. It's a no fee service (for VoiP land lines), eliminated 95 % of my Spam. Check the site . . . it explains how it works and it costs nothing (for land lines) ! [And No, I don't have stock in the company, but I wish I did!]

Calls but never leaves message. Calls first time when answering machine comes on they hang up then call back a second time. Says it is Marketing Sol on caller ID

They never leave messages, even unlisted numbers get these calls. it called robo dialing!!!!!! Just don't answer if you don't know the number.

I'm so sick of calls from Solar and VA scams- this guy was a PITA. I told him we are selling our house and moving across the country next month (just to get him to quit calling) but he still kept asking me questions about my electric bill and telling me he can save me money- I told him to remove me from his list
