Card services claims to be a credit consolidation company, but is really used to collect personal information from unsuspecting consumers for the purpose of identity theft. Any questioning of their representatives results in immediate call termination.

The message describes that I'm eligible to reduce the interest rates on my credit card. Press 1 to speak to a person or press 2 to be removed from the list. Pressing 2 does not seem to remove me from the list and pressing 1 to speak to a person gets me hung up on when I ask to be removed because they're calling a cell phone.

some credit card offer to lower consumer rate---followed by touch #1 on your keypad to connect with operator. They have called numerous times and each time I have touched #1 to connect with their operator and requested they NOT call, informing them this was a Do Not Call Number. This time, I told the agent that no I was definitely not interested in any offer, but just stayed on the line to tell them they were STILL wasting their time. He cursed me, told me how much he liked wasting “motherf…ing” time and he was paid by the hour so he didn’t care. Cursed me some more and hung up.
