I have gotten several of these calls. Today I filed a complaint on the do not call list registery. Although I don't know how much good it will do. Congress just passed a bill to put more bit into the phone scams with bigger fines (when they can be tracked down) and working with the telephone companies to provide free technology for us to block those calls. My solution would be to charge companies 50 cents for each outgoing call and that should put them out of business

they said they were calling from computer maintenance something, and they were gonna refund me $300, and i had to follow their prompts on my computer.. when i asked to speak to someone else they didnt want to.. or a call by number..

Message from (530) 464-6645 (Robotic voice began speaking during outgoing message, hence, leaving out beginning, including name of caller or company): Clearly a scam!!!
"...... Nine dollars from your bank account. In case you don't want to get charges. Please call us to cancel or subscription. Our toll free number is 1-530-464-6645. I repeat the number to call is 1-530-464-6645. This call maybe recorded for quality and training purposes."

Subscription Expiring Scam

Second call today, first one they left voice message cause I did not pick up. When I listened to VM, it was about a $299 to renew Microsoft subscription automatically or I would get charged. I called back, they want you to be in front of personal computer, they supposedly will walk you through the steps to cancel, but I told them I was not home. They wanted a time when I would be home so they can call, or I could do it from my office computer. I denied that and told them I would call them back when I was home, the guy gave his name as "Roger Smith" yet you can clearly hear an accent like Indian! You can also hear the voices in the background of others saying same spiel to other. SCAMMERS, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

Caller claiming to deduct $299.00 if their call wasn't returned

I had two calls today about a bogus subscription. Should I call my bank???

They are tenaciously terrible. Block them, but they are likely to persist anyway.

Call claiming Microsoft subscription ending and will deduct $299 from my bank account.

Same as others have reported. Microsoft going to deduct out of bank account.

CALLED, I ANSWERED, WAS AUTO RECORDING ABOUT MY SUBCRIPTION AND THEY WERE GOING TO DEBIT MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT AUTO RENEW. THEY KEPT SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR IT ANYWAYS. I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT SCAM AND WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM.

I have blocked this number but they still are able to get voucemail and leave a message. They call me at least 5 times a day and within minutes of each call. I consider this harassment

I've had 16 calls from this number in the last 12 hours. Thank goodness my app stops the cold, my phone doesn't ring anymore but I see when they call. this constant repetition calling is the worst I've ever had why cant this operation be shut down???

Called REPEATEDLY a couple days in a row. No voicemail left.
I called. First, they just answered "Hello?" ... definitely not Microsoft.
When I said I had gotten several calls I also asked "What can I do for you folks anyway?"
The man went into a spiel about a Microsoft subscription. I just cut him off and said, "The only thing I want you to do is stop calling." He tried to just plow on ... I hung up.
A few minutes later got another call from the number ... I just declined.
REALLY annoying to have to keep pulling my phone out of my pocket just to see it's THAT number AGAIN!
