It's a legitimate caller from Fidelis Care - they are trying to upsell but I was actually able to call back and get a proper person and also called Fidelis HQ to confirm

Called my phone 5 times even after blocking them it's a scam I'm on the national do not call list and I have reported them to national do not call list and the Department of Justice
