Repeated 'Are your carpets dirty?' messages on home answering machine, despite being on do not call list.

For the past year we have gotten call from "Jeff Harris" at "Carpet Cleaning Experts". We made an appointment and two people showed up. They have no business license, would not give their names. Their vehicle license was: California 5T19955.

Their card has three phone numbers:

We say do not let these people in your home.

Twice a week phone messages even after I called the number and left messages asking to be taken off the list. Mr. Jeff Harris definitely needs to be dealt with.
