It's the old "lower your interest rate" scam.This time it's Tiffany instead of the usual Rachel, but it's the same deal: if you're dupe enough to give them your credit card number they'll "service" you (like a bull services a cow).
I usually like to yank their chain a little but they said I was caller number 23 and I have no patience for this game.
I just hope the others were also going to diddle with them and not actually get hooked. ...
the Feds are on to this one, checked it out with the Dept of Commerce, it is under investigation. Beware, you can get to the Federal site and check it out.
