Said was the RNC. Begging for money. Did not accept NO as an answer.
This caller gives his name as "Carl Bolton" and sometimes as being a Hillary Clinton campaigner and sometimes as the Republican National Committee. It's a scam. Oddly enough, the caller ID sometimes shows up as a family member, then on answering, you get "Carl Bolton."
