reduced interest on student loans

For the last 2 years, I get an automated call from them every 2 weeks from a different number. They say they are from consumer credit and there is not any problem with my account, if I wanted to lower my interest, select 1. If I select 1 to talk to an agent, someone answers and they ask if I would like to lower my interest. I start to ask why I am being called or to be removed. They hang up on me by the 3rd word I speak. I call them back and it says either "this number is out of service", a busy signal, and one time, I got a message saying it was the National Do Not Call Registry and asked me to put in my phone number. I am so tired of being harassed, but I don't know what to do. I wish I could find and file a class action suit against them so they can pay all the people they annoy persistently.

Mortgage loan service. Several repeat calls, and the pre-recorded message seems to parallel one from 970-265-4708.

unidentified female voice said we could lower interest rates on student loans by using their service and to punch one. I did and no one answered
