Keep calling about a pain and it gives me a 800 number to call back on.

Only gives first name and 800 number to return her call regarding pain relief. Seems to try to make it sound personal. Suspect that my number was obtained from a free items email and/or signing up for free gift card for taking survey (ultimately had to give credit card info to complete an offer, so no gift card afterall).
