It really is Direct TV. I finally answered the call after them calling every day for a week but never leaving a message. They were Marketing my. Customer. satisfaction as Sept 1st was my 2yr plan anniversary. Asked about any complaints or problemx that might make me want to switch. I told her I was not happy with the price scale. She gave me an offer of $15 more a month to stay happy. Awesome.
