8/28/15 I received call from a guy with Indian accent about lowering credit card interest rates. He hung up on me when i said i didn't have a card with any of the 5 banks they mentioned.

Called 8/28/15 @ 9:04 and again a minute later @ 9:05 AM - Came up on TrueCaller as "Charles F. Oquinn" - did not recognize so transferred to VM but no message left. Checked the number here and blocked it going forward.

Called and asked about my credit card. I asked, cardholder services for what company? They said they cannot divulge that information. I told them I don't want to talk with them if they won't tell me who they represent. "Click" on their end.
