Super irritating calls asking to take a "simple survey about cell phone usage';and they have attempted to call me up to five times per day. I said NO THANKS and asked to be removed from their call list. Blocked them two weeks ago after their first call but they just keep on calling at all hours of the day and night.

They call and left a 2 second message. I don't know anyone from this area code.

They will not leave a message. I do not live anywhere near where they are calling from.

After making a complaint to Princeton Data Source, I received an apologetic phone call and an offer to remove our phone number from their list. I was surprised that it actually worked to complain. I told the caller I would comment that he resolved the problem for me.

This is a company that claims to be a non-partisan research firm that in truth, is far from non-partisan and does work for conservative think-tanks like Pew Research Center. Even PRC is no longer considering them for most of their work due to the recent drop in quality assurance. Each call is recorded (which they do not tell you) and these calls are available to their clients.

Now, whether or not they listen to each and every call is a different story, mind you. However it is a fact that they must inform you when you are being recorded and there is no loophole around it. The "research firm" is nothing more than a self-glorified call center that not only does not take into consideration the people whom they call, but they also treat their "research interviewers" like numerical figures, just as they treat your "completed interviews".

The company has a very malicious means of handling their staff and interviewing crew and provides very little in the means of positive reinforcement, encouragement, or incentive. When it comes to not make a profit, the first to go are those who make the most (usually by result of seniority). They will begin to monitor these individuals for any slight mishaps on their behalf so that they have grounds for termination.

Did I mention their questions are loaded? Well, if any of you have taken part in their "interviews", you will notice that while you are indeed being recorded, your opinion is not, unless you answer with the answer choices they provide. If you do not choose one of them and insist on the answer you initially gave, they will act as though it was recorded but in truth, it is simply coded out.

This is a sister company of a much larger group which I know very little of, but hopefully they orchestrate their business in a more ethical and proper manner than this one does.

Their primary initiative is to appease their clients by gathering the information that the client wants to hear, not what the public has to say. They survey a mere 1,500 (at most) per project and this meant to be representative of the nation? I'm sorry, but that is complete and utter nonsense. There is no logic, even considering demographics, that would make any of these statistical findings valid enough to make a change.

They also train their interviewers to not stop when a responding recipient says they are "not interested". They teach a dumbed-down form of neurolinguistic programming that is meant to make you forget that you were not interested, that your voice will make a difference, and move forward with the first question. The approach is not only snake-like, it is downright deceitful considering the receiving individual's opinion means absolutely nothing.

Their clients enlist them for service simply to prove a point to a more powerful company or authority so that they have an additional level of backing to get their way. Otherwise, your time is not only wasted, but so is your breath.

The *only* way to get them not call back is say, "put me on your do-not-call list; don't ever call here again." You want to say exactly this because it has all the key words that will make any further intrusion not only invasive, but illegal.

It is my hope that shared words here help others rid themselves of the wretched, vile company.
