I received a call, then nobody came on the line. I received a second call shortly afterward, when a man came on the line I asked why it takes so long for them to get on the line, and why there was no one on the line when I picked up. The man then hung up on me. (figures)

This is a phishing scam. Do not answer calls from this number. They will try to elicit an answer of yes to an innocuous question. They will then claim that you said you wanted their "service" and send debt collectors to make you pay.
