The company was trying to collect credit card information from me in order to reduce my outstanding credit interest rates.

I have received many of these calls over a number of years. They are a recorded message. I asked these people several times to stop calling me. I reported at least once to you but do not have the date of my report to you. PLEASE STOP THEM.
