They were relentless, calling me 4-5 times a day until I blocked them.
This is Better Health .com. My wife apparently clicked on an ad for free sharpies and it started asking health questions. Including "do you have diabetes, she then felt it was getting personal and backed off the site. Conclusion: it is a phishing scheme. Steer clear! deceptive practices. Caller ID shows Umatilla OR.
