541.970.7039 "SysVer" in Oregon. Claim to be an update for google maps, verified as untrue. Going with the option to stop calls does not work. If you do not pick up the phone will ring 30+ times before they disconnect...then call right back again. With these (expletives deleted) identifiable to a specific location in the U.S., numerous complaints to the Do Not Call List, and an obvious harassment technique, why can't the Feds do something about them?
