Just called, I didn't pick up.
Called, hung up when I answered the phone

Caller CLAIMING to be from Charter, but did not have our name or current billing information. Obviously a scam caller or a phishing call. Offered to upgrade TV services, but told him we weren't interested, then he got pushy and tried to elicit information. Shows up on the caller ID as OREGON 971-4201. (No area code)
