Credit card refinancing. This is an online interest rate scam. These calls originate from different numbers in different states, but are always the same. No way to block them all, and number is calls is becoming more frequent.

These people have been calling me for over one year. They can change their name however message is basically the same. They use spoof numbers and change them every two days.
