I have received these calls for the past few weeks. They tell me it is a final warning before the IRS files charges against me. I have called the number back and was disconnected.

I got a call on my home phone and a recorded message as well stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. I called back and phone disconnects automatically. Can this phone number be put on the no call list and reported to the government for scam?

Just block the number. The IRS corresponds through the mail

Same thing for me! Robo call! IRS yata yata.. Called them back.. Person answered and said he worked for the IRS but they don't call.. I would have received something in the mail if it was a problem.. I'm sure it's a scam!

I called because it said -- Final IRS warning-They said they had a warrant for my arrest , Said they were going to be at my doorstep to arrest me that afternoon if I didn't pay back taxes from an audit on my taxes. They had my address, Scared to death, took me a while, I kept asking questions, Gave me Names Lisa Jones, Badge #IRM1468, and Senior Office Ken Vaxton, finally typed number in computer at work and it said SCAM--then co-workers told me to hang up.

I got one too this a.m. - caller id showed it was incoming from BRAZIL - so I didn't answer. V-Mail says: from "IRS" -- saying we will be taken to court. *SCAM*
