I received a call from these folks saying there is a lawsuit and charges pressing. I asked him for copies of the legal docs and gave him an atty's name to call. Guy swore at me and said my F atty needs to call him, I asked to speak to his management and said there is none. Obviously not a legitimate company with this kind of professionalism.

I think they hacked into some personal information and is doing this scam because I got a call from another number stating something very similar. Do not pay them anything or such. Anything legal has to go through the courts and warrants and such.
